Melting Pot

The troop had an outing today to the Melting Pot in Littleton. Fun was had by all.

Erin did a great job as a tour guide. She kept the girls interested in the workings of the restaurant.

Each table is made from lava stone and the artist has signed each one.

They have several waterfalls that the girls enjoyed.

A favorite area was the "Red Room". It has a very romantic setting.

It's time for fondue!!

The strawberries were a crowd favorite.

Of course we had to clean up.

Hotel Camping - a great way to spend your cookie dough!

Well, are they Daisies or Brownies? I guess they are still Daisies until the fall. And we are still spending the 08-09 cookie dough, so I guess that makes this a Daisy Troop Hotel Camping Trip.

Color Me Mine

Without being able to go door to door to sell cookies, our little troop was still able to sell over 300 boxes. Not too bad for our first attempt. So to treat the girls, we went to Color Me Mine. We also got a patch for doing this and had lots of fun doing it.

Since we have a blog and we are slow on getting it updated, I will try to fill you all in.

We started our troop in October 2007, after much convincing of the leader. I can't say no, so decided to give it a try. We have been having a lot of fun. So meet the girls!

Shortly after that we had several new members join our group.

Oh, my poor sad little empty un-updated blog! Just checking in, but I can't type now, Good Lord, do you know how many Christmas cards I still have to do! (I'm about 30 short I just figured that out last night.) 3.2.1 And it'll be Happy Holidays for me! Woo Whoo!
